My experience with Croydon EMPLOYMENT Tribunal was traumatic .As a lay person I was assisting a disabled Claimant .Upon cross examining Ex Employer May Harris a cleaning Co which employs 900 staff & bullies the vulnerable staff > I was * shut- down by the Judge WILSON who IN MY OPINION was BIASED IN FAVOUR OF EMPLOYER WHO HAD FREE REIGN TO SAY WHATEVER THEY WANTED .The Strike out request was ignored & disability of claimant ignored ..
