I am extremely disappointed with how my employment hearing was managed. Right from the beginning, it was evident that the judge had already formed a conclusion before the hearing even started. During the proceedings, he frequently interrupted me, which hindered my ability to present my case effectively. Even though I provided clear and pertinent evidence, it was completely disregarded by the judge.
The entire process felt hurried, giving me minimal chance to fully articulate my position. Conversely, the opposing side was allowed to raise unrelated questions, which further compromised the fairness of the hearing. This disparity created an atmosphere where my voice was muted and my evidence overlooked.
In summary, the hearing failed to adhere to fundamental standards of impartiality and fairness. I walked away feeling ignored, disrespected, and deprived of the chance to have my case thoroughly examined.
