The need to jump through multiple hoops to access funds is incredibly frustrating. After submitting the required information, including a direct conversation with a representative, I received an email stating that the information was still incomplete. I had to call again to speak with an agent who confirmed receipt but indicated it would take an additional 3 days just to be assigned to a specialist—not even processed yet. The system is inefficient, the setup is poor, and there is a glaring lack of urgency. Communication between teams and with users is severely lacking. Thankfully, I was proactive in seeking assistance well before deadlines; otherwise, I would be in a much worse situation.
