I wish the team provided more insight into care what’s available as part of the purchasable package (for example I didn’t know the hair transplant package I purchased included a dental cleaning and x ray) and it was on me for not reading it, but I wish the team over there reminded me to schedule it or scheduled it proactively.
Additionally, understanding that I was coming from the U.S. and arriving late, it felt a little overwhelming to go to the blood test that same night instead of just going to the hotel for the night. If I was prepared for that, maybe it wouldn’t have been as surprising.
