I have contacted them or 8 times now and each time I ask for tracking a different person tells me the replacement hasn’t been placed but they will place it now and I should have tracking in 2-7 days … I wait the days and I get the same response …. So not only am I not receiving tracking . MULTIPLE PEOPLE are not helping me and send Ming a replacement .If I could buy the part i need I would but they do not sell the part on their site
