Contacted customer service with faulty products (warped bottles). They gave me a runaround and were incredibly unhelpful. All I wanted was for the company to stand by their product and replace the poorly manufactured ones. Instead, I went back and forth with them via email literally 19 times trying to find a resolution. Ultimately they did send replacements (supposedly, haven’t yet received) but it was ridiculous how hard it was to get it there. I have a newborn baby to take care of; I shouldn’t be trying to convince a company to have morals and stand by their product.
