I contacted them to tell them about a rash that was caused by their product. I sent pictures as requested and they didn't care and said there's nothing they can do. One time I contacted munchkin asking a question as my child was born premature and was in NICU and I needed to know information about a product for her size. They sent me a box filled with other products since they couldn't help me out. I have re purchased many of the items. I also contacted Dr Brown's for nipple information for her premie size and they sent me bottles to try out. Since then I have only purchased browns bottles and nipples. I am extremely disappointed since my baby was injured and will scar from this rash caused by this company and they have no remorse.
