I had broken cups One was completely deffective when the water hit it water went inside of it and the other dropped from less than 2 ft from my son and broke into pieces It was complicated that I actually had to go to social media platform to make my complaint instead of going to an actual website and then they said they were going to replace it and it is yet to been replaced If it was my company I would make it a priority to be there in 2 days but we will see how long very disappointed
