First of all I was told that the Groclock I purchased less than a year ago was not warrantied. Then I called and was told contradicting things, first it was not warranty because it was past 18 month batch code date, ridiculous; then I was told it was still under warranty but I would have to deal directly with Amazon to get a refund. Amazon does not deal with third party warranties so they sent me back to Tommee. After many emails and phone calls I finally told the CS person I would report them to the BBB. Now they are saying they will issue a refund. What a hassle for a product that did not work from day one and what a disappointment for my granddaughter who was excited to wake up to her new clock. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCEPer their Reply - ONCE AGAIN THIS INFORMATION IS NOT CORRECT - AMAZON DOES NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY. TOMMEE TIPPEE NEEDS TO FIGURE THIS OUT WITH AMAZON. TO MY KNOWLEDGE AMAZON HAS NEVER HONORED MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES.
