The breast pump adapters contained in the kit has 3 different sizes (1each). Well as you know women have 2 breasts and actually need 2 adapters that fit their pump. I looked online to buy a second adapter that fits my pump. The website says to call the customer service number. The number requested my address and info like I was going to be able to receive a second adapter. Only for me to receive an email minutes later saying additional adapters are not available.The company already knows additional adapters are not available. So we are calling and providing our personal info for what exactly? Terrible process that needs adjusting!
