Awful chat experience. Repeated the same information multiple times to the agent. Spent 30 min to accept basic information and it was insulting that agent wasn’t engaging or paying attention. Then he told me just got to Amazon rep instead. Product was faulty and leaked and was looking for a replacement warranty. Have transcript emailed to me bc of how bad it was.
