I purchased the in bra wearable breast pump from Walmart. I removed it from the box and placed on the charger after around three hours, I removed it from the charger. I wanted to test it out, so I situated it where it needed to be. After pairing to the app of course. I turned it on to the massage setting, and there was no suction… None! So I changed to the express setting. None! So I went to the tommee tippee website after searching how to contact them a messaged the Facebook, after around four times of receiving the reply "rest assured, we will be with you when we can" I decided to try the phone call. I was told since it was purchased from Walmart there was nothing they could do. So back to messenger. I receive lists and lists of questions. Mind you I had not disassembled this product in anyway. I had basically been told that there was nothing they could do to help me, so since they had received my money on a faulty product, I was stuck with it. Thankfully, walmart understood and gave me a refund which I did not want, I only wanted a breast pump that functioned correctly. I will not purchase Another product from this company. Customer service isn't what it should be. Save yourself the trouble and go with momCozy!!
