Ordered two insulated straw tumblers which had holes in them upon arrival, was told I would be getting replacements and it was radio silence after that. Reached out again, turns out they had the wrong address somehow after shipping the original defective bottles. Was assured replacements would be sent but once again radio silence, no shipping confirmation, no estimated arrival date. Pretty disappointing and still don’t have the replacements or any clue whether I’m actually getting them or if I’m just being strung along and ripped off.
