Nice enough, but still confusing. After calling in on 11/4 and 11/15. Called back on 11/21. Still no resolution and another promise to "call me" after they have obtained "a bit more information". The baby food maker that was replaced should have been a 220v, but I was sent an American model, which I was specific that I could not use. I now have 2 baby food makers, one broken, and one that my daughter cannot use.
