Absolutely awful customer service. I spent hours in the chat when I actually had someone to talk to. I put my number in for a callback and never was called back. Not even days later. My issue is the silicone bottles are not warming up. I was informed I would be sent 3 plastic bottles to try. I was shipped one. There was no concern for how much we spent on bottles or nipples. We were told to purchase the specific tommee tippee warmer without guarantee it would fix the issue. The lack of communication and understanding is what is annoying. These products are for children. You should be more responsive and caring.
