I had a problem with the hands free pump. I wanted to return my pump. The team member acted like he didn’t care about it. He kept asking me questions that were clearly scripted but if he would have just listened to what I said, he would have realized I answered the questions he was asking. Not only did he keep asking irrelevant questions, but he wasted my time. I told him at the beginning of the call that I bought it from Walmart and wanted to return it and that I had called early and they told me to take it to Walmart. Walmart told me to take it back to manufacture (tommee tippee). He knew this from the beginning and preceded to ask questions knowing good and well there was “nothing he could do about it.” The call was a waste of time, and did nothing to improve the situation.
