Basically you can't help me because the product was a gift. And 2 weeks after my daughter was born.... with a brand new item... the manufacturing warranty was expired. That seems like product issue on your end. I don't have a recipt because it was a gift. So now I have a bottle warmer thaya arching when it's on and ia a fire hazard.
