Overall all three customer service individuals I spoke with were polite however they were not able to help me regarding my battery issue with their product, owl grofriend. I provided all information including pictures at their request. Our geofriend was a gift to my daughter and unfortunately did not come with proof of purchase (a receipt); therefore I was advised there is nothing they could do to help with the malfunction of their product. I have the original box and manual the grofriend came from but that wasn’t enough. No offers, discounts or replacement was offered. I felt disappointed that they would not stand behind their product.
