It took 2 weeks just to hear a response. Issue was the nipple leaked out way to fast for a 0-3 months the hole bottle can be emptied less then a minute and it happened to all 4 of my newly bought bottles. I was told I was going to get sent new nipples after 2 more weeks of waiting I received a email saying there closing my claim with lack of information.
