I liked how fast the initial response was, but I’ve emailed them, called AND went to the trouble of creating a Facebook to try to get in contact with them. They keep saying that I haven’t emailed them. Then they also didn’t help very much on the call. I have check the Facebook a couple times but they still haven’t replied there either. Their fast response to my initial message is the reason I gave them 2 stars instead of one. That really made me happy. But it’s all this other stuff that is making it difficult on top of a teething baby. Not mad. Just stressed, I guess. Anyway, I am more than happy to give them a 5 star review on google as soon as the problem is fixed!! I’m just really struggling to appreciate them in general when everything I try to do doesn’t work.
