I had an issue with my Groclock's power supply. The customer service agent, Juliet, was unable to help me with all the information and photos that I gave her. She referred me to Amazon to have another one. Wow! That's what I'm not looking for when I look for a sharp company. Sorry, but never buy from you and referring your company to someone.——-In answer of your reply, no I didn’t have a resolution… and that’s a shame for your company and your products!
