I contacted customer service because both sport bottles had been chewed through by my toddler in a few months (despite being marketed as “chew proof”). The customer service I received on the phone was great; the rep told me she would send me replacements right away. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I had to follow up twice via email before I received notice that they were sending the replacements. They arrived promptly and I really appreciate a company that stands by their products. I will continue to buy from them.
