I waited for an extremely long time on the website attempting to chat about resolving my issue. The chat was dormant for so long that I left it. It took a while (days) for someone to get back to me, apparently related to information left on the chat. The communication was an emaiI that stated they had previously emailed but I never received any communication even in my spam folder. I purchased another product that I feel is better. I likely wouldn't buy a TommeeTippee product again.
