The product worked great until two small important parts of the gears and blade went missing. I sent the missing parts list and photo diagram to customer service and after weeks of back and forth emails they finally respond and say they cannot replace the two small parts. I will not buy another Tommee Tippee product again now and will not recommend to others. This is extremely unfortunate because I thoroughly enjoyed the product before the small parts went missing. In the future I hope the company is more helpful to other customers to replace missing or broken parts of their products. Thank you, Jessica
