They said that they shipped a new one to me and it would arrive in 5 business days. After 3 weeks of waiting I messaged again for an update. They answered after a few days saying they would check on the status ASAP. Then I was ghosted. After another week I contacted them again, they said they had no more new ones to send to me. They told me they would refund my money and transfer me to finance department. 2 months later no response and no money back.
