Bad Customer Service

I phoned as our brand new bottle sterilizer was faulty. It would shut off in two seconds and wouldn’t run a cycle. I was told that it needed to be descaled as there was build up. There wasn’t as it was only used three times and it was shut off in two seconds of running. The marks were just water marks. I was also told that the sterilizer wasn’t under warranty which is odd as it was brand new?Since it was a gift and was purchased in early March I thought I was unable to return the item. Thankfully the store returned the item as it was on my registry and the baby was only born a week ago. The store was able to help but no help from Tommee Tippee.
