Demi is so nice and understanding she took her time out and I explained to her what cup we use and said she will send one to us for my son to try! My son will only take one kind of sippy cup and we usually buy them 3 or 4 at a time of Amazon. I reached out and she is sending me some to try for him. Your company is amazing! It took 3 years to get him off the bottle 3 YEARS! (Please don’t mom shame) I showed him the bottle and sippy cup nipple together and I let him touch it and ever since the sippy cup has helped.
