The method to reach a Tommee Tippee rep leaves something to be desired. I wasn't able to respond to the rep without getting stuck in the automated process again. My question was in regard to replacement lids for the sports sippy cup that is advertised as built to "withstand little teeth." My 1 year old destroyed the tops (parent friends also have complained this has happened with their T.T. bottles as well). The rep said I would have to just buy cups and said the silicone isn't toxic. No apologies or offer to make things right. Just zero help. So disappointed.
