Bottle warmer (Thermal): I looked up the manufacturer from Amazon because the Tommee-Tippee was leaking upon arrival. I manage to call the 1800 # and I was helped immediately with great customer service. My email was incorrect so I called again and spoke to another agent that mention it was the email. And with timely fashion response via email they gave us instructions to try before sending the thermal back. My daughter followed them and it worked.
