I wanted to reach out to find out if something could be done for an unsatisfied purchase of a tommee Tippee product. Unfortunately, I had purchased the product through Amazon so nothing could be done directly through your company apparently. I was not satisfied with the product because I believe there is a real issue with the design. Instead of acknowledging there *could* be a design issue, the "customer service representative" brushed aside any criticism and instead said it was only a preference that my babies had. I have twins and to have both of them have issues with keeping the nipples in their mouths when they moved? Seriously..... There is a design issue. I'd recommend listening to your customer base instead of brushing it off as a babies preference.
