When I placed my order, the website stated that returns could be made within 30 days of delivery using a free FedEx shipping label provided by the merchant. I reached out to the merchant a week after delivery to request a return for the still brand new UV bottle sterilizer I ordered as it was much larger than expected. I was told they had shuttered their US warehouse so I would not be able to return the item. They then told me that in order to get a refund, I'd have to cut the electrical cord of this brand new sterilizer, send them photos of the cut cord, then drive the sterilizer to a recycling center (the nearest one is a 30-60 minute drive from my house and charges a fee) to dispose of it.
