Customer service was good. I asked for replacement valves for the sippy cups and they didn't arrive after 15 days, so they ordered a new replacement set. They still haven't arrived after another 13 days. This may be due to shipping delays, but I'm not experiencing the same issues with any other orders from other companies, so I'm not sure what's going on there.
