I called because I had chosen to buy a quantity of 2 of an item, but when I got my online receipt it only said 1 item was ordered. I called to see if I could add an item to my order, or if there was any other way this problem could be fixed. I was told that there was nothing I could do except place another order, requiring that I pay another shipping cost and not including the discount that I received when placing the original order. It was very inconvenient.
