It’s was very disappointing the level of customer service and no real solution provide. It was a total waste of time reaching out to your company. I bought one of your baby food makers and loved it. I placed in the dishwasher for the first time and the handle cracker/ part of the blending cup also. The machine was only used for almost two months. Your representative told me, I had to return it to the store and unfortunately they did not have any more in stalk. Because of the dissafactory service I received. I’m going to have to buy a new one from a different manufacturer 🤔
