What’s the story with repairs. My AirMini has a problem and you guys referred me to the retailer. They said to take it up with you. I seem to be caught in the middle. Have loved the convenience and portability of the product but it has developed a weird whine after it has been operational for a period of time. Have checked all connections, filters, etc. Restarts quietly but then does its whining thing. Thank in advance for your help.
