Your service has been impeccable, and I love my AirMini. I bought it on your website using your clear instructions and model prescription, and I was thrilled to receive it within the week. It is tiny and quiet, and according to my FitBit sleep report, does as good a job as my big, bedside CPAP. I did have difficulty with setting up the app, but after I mentioned that in a review, ResMed customer service took the initiative to call me and walk me through it (!), and now the app works like a charm. Because of poor reviews about noise, I had delayed buying this little machine, but I believe it is actually quieter than my bedside model. It’s possible that noise increases with air pressure (just speculating). At my low volume (7), it is very quiet. What a great machine!
