Way too many people putting their input on a simple sale of a travel CPAP even though I had a prescription from my doctor. Not to mention that I already have two full size CPAP's that send my sleep info to you. The only person to do a great job was the lady who took my order and then expedited the unit to me the day before I had to travel. The rest of the experienced was terrible. Too many people trying to justify their jobs with ZERO communication with me. Poorly run order processing and fulfillment.
