Website is horrible. No way to contact anyone, no way to access support except to see how to clean. Been using CPAP for almost 15 years, I ALREADY KNOW HOW TO CLEAN MY EQUIPMENT. I need support to understand why all of a sudden my SD Card isn't keeping track. There is no way to get help with that and not only that, the SEARCH button is worthless. As soon as I can I will be changing to a different company for my CPAP/APAP needs.
