I wanted to order an extra facemark complete, but was sold the facemark frame - which is useless without the straps, which are the pieces that wear out or become dirty with face oils.I was explained that the frame was on 3 month reorder and the straps on 6 month reorder from Kaiser. This makes no sense to me. The order taker should have explained that at the time of order as I would not have ordered just the frame.
