first of all it took too long to get authorization to get the unit as your office kept sending request to a disconnected phone number. secondly you sent the unit via fed ex requiring a signature. this is after a Customer service person told me it would be 4 weeks before it would ship and then it shipped within a week when i was on vacation for 2 weeks.
