I had significant issues getting ResMed to accept the prescription sent by my doctor. After several submittals from my doctor, I basically gave up. After about two months, a ResMed customer service rep, Janeil, contacted me and offered to help resolve my issue. I resubmitted my paperwork and low and behold, my ResMed mini shipped. I can’t thank Janeil enough for fixing this and she’s the only reason I gave a 3 instead of a 1. Btw, I was still getting emails that my prescription wasn’t sufficient even after mini was shipped.
