Ordering from ResMed Shop was a bit of a challenge. Really, the ordering was fine - filling out info, selecting products, and having my fsa card charged all worked as expected. So did the request for my RX, I uploaded it as requested. A month later, no shipment. I contacted them to inquire. This started a string of “we need your rx” emails. And “you are responsible to contact your Dr to follow up” emails. I provided my rx, something was missing. My Dr provided my rx that wasn’t received. Five emails and seven phone calls later, the product was finally shipped. I did not receive my order in time for my holiday vacation. I had to reroute the shipment to a delivery spot so it wouldn’t sit on my doorstep for ten days. I still need to pick it up (now that I’m home, I can go do that).
