Outstanding customer service! I ordered a mask using the sizing tool. Despite lots of time spent making adjustments the mask just would not seal. I called ResMed Shop to see about exchanging it for a different mask; because we were going to be leaving on a trip I asked about buying a different mask then getting credit for the returned mask. They said no need for that, immediately sent a different mask with expedited shipping and a return authorization for the mask that didn't fit. When I called, I got to speak to a person alost immediately, and the representatives I spoke to were very helpful, pleasant and easy to deal with. Very rare these days.
