Generally satisfactory with a few bumps. I carefully followed instructions and e-mailed the required prescription. After a few days, received message that a prescription was never received. Sent it again. This time received but rejected (lacked statement of length of treatment). Finally wrote my own prescription (I'm a doctor) as efforts to contact my Sleep MD were unsuccessful. But when I called customer service about these problems, they were polite, helpful, followed up, and generally did a model job. All well in the end.
