we bought 2 gazelle e bikes ultimate10 and are disapointed with the service we had, AT first we had bought a ultimate and a medeo. wich was exchanged later on for another ultimateThe main complaint is about the suspension- it is very noisy, no help from the store they say it is normal...Then 1 bike had a bell the other no after asking they oblidgeno mention about what is needed to inflate the tires, had to go back and buy the adaptorwrong size of bike then seat not adjusted properly and told it needed to be sawn but when got back at the store they said another story and adjusted it.we do not want to go back to that store for service and we would like to resolve the problem of the suspension which does not sound like a quality bike at all
