Overall a great bike, but wishing for even more. I bought the red low step. Really enjoying it for sure, but I wish i would have bought the class 3. I spend the whole time doing 19.6 mph, wanting to go faster. Good: All thing things everybody says. Its really smooth. Its quiet. Its got solid power that makes you just feel like youre extra efficient. - Battery life has been fantastic. My butt gets tired before the battery does. The bad: - Its quite heavy, but all ebikes are. - I want to go faster. I'm a 34 yr old male, and should have gotten the class 3. I spend my whole time going full speed, on turbo mode. - Water bottles. The bottom bottle mounts were useless. I had to remove the bell and add one to the handlebars there, as the rest of the handlebars are large and/or tapered. - I wish the spedometer kept track of the total miles you've put on the bike. If it does, i cant find it. - Wish the battery was integrated. While i've got more cons written than pros, know that I love this bike. I've gotten back into biking because of it, and i'm looking for reasons to take it out. Very enjoyable bike, and i'm looking to get an even better/faster/stronger Gazelle in the very near future and give this one to my wife.
