I cannot get ahold of customer service via phone. Extremely long wait times, They do not respond to emails for days. I cannot access my account for a week now and no one has called or emailed me back. Ive been on the phone now for 30 minutes trying to get ahold of an agent and their lines are all tied up. I Think this may actually be a scam
