I made an account, I deposited a large sum of money, I have zero access to said account even after two days, I was only able to find out the reason by waiting on hold forever. no useful contact from the company other than from directly calling, I even get emails saying "login" while my account fails to login with no error or notification of what is wrong. genuinely horrific way to treat a brand new customer. pulling all my money immediately and I am furious that I was tricked into wasting my time like this.
