Raisin is generally a pretty good platform. But there are two things I dislike about Raisin:1) It takes 14 days to get a refund when Raisin makes mistakes. They erroneously charged me $39.90 in 2024 for a "Early Withdrawal Penalty" on my 1099-Int form. A refund like this should only take maybe 2-3 business days to be issued.2) Raisin Customer Service Reps never attach email strings in their email messages. I greatly dislike that habit, because being able to see the previous emails lends itself to good continuity and understanding to the subject at hand.
