Why ask if the customer wants a live agent if you can't actually provide a live agent? A simple if-else-then statement could check for what day it is, and then offer a live agent depending on the day of the week.The fact that Raisin's developers aren't even competent enough to do a day-of-the-week check before asking if you want a live agent suggests pretty shoddy programming skills. On a site that's handling large sums of money, that's a huge red flag for me.
